Job Summary

Hyva is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Bergschenhoek. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our company's success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to management on employee-related matters, including talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, including recruitment, retention, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve employee-related issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to recognize and reward employee contributions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including employment law and labor relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Dutch, Belgian, and French employment law and regulations.
