Job Summary

Hyva is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Bergschenhoek. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our international operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Manage and resolve staff-related issues and problems to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate salary payments and HR administration, including employment contracts, benefits, and data management.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in an international company.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation, including Dutch, Belgian, and French employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
