About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury & Insurance Financial Analyst to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our Control & Accounting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Treasury & Insurance strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and execution of Treasury & Insurance administration for multiple group companies.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and develop relevant reports.
  • Participate in projects related to new systems, mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and treasury.
  • Master's degree in accountancy and administration.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience with automated data processing, end closing activities, and SAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in technology and regulations.
