Als Customer Support & Sales Representative ben je de eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van hun vragen en het verwerken van hun orders.

  • Jij begeleidt showroombezoeken en werft klanten (warme leads) om onze producten te verkopen.
  • Jij verwerkt orders in een geautomatiseerd systeem en bent verantwoordelijk voor de ordermanagement.
  • Jij handelt klachten af en zorgt voor een tevreden klant gedurende het bestelproces.
  • Jij beantwoordt vragen van klanten in de showroom, telefonisch en via e-mail.
