Your duties will include organizing agendas and meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions. You will also be responsible for solving unforeseen events and situations, monitoring and responding to emails, and registering incoming letters. Additionally, you will act as a first line of support for phone calls and filter requests to the heads, and be the point of contact for general communications with the manager.
Responsibilities
- Organize agendas and meetings for the relevant heads
- Take minutes of meetings when requested
- Follow up on meeting actions
- Solve unforeseen events and situations
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Register incoming letters
- Act as first line of support for phone calls
- Filter requests to the heads
- Be the point of contact for general communications with the manager
Requirements
- 2 years experience in secretarial and administrative
- Mastering in using electronic office tools, particularly Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in finance and financial tools, preferably SAP
- Communicate fluently in English
- Treat information related to the service with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
Working Conditions
