Executive Risk Partner for Technology Platform

The Risk Management Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and analyzing potential sources of loss to minimize risk, estimating the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss, and developing and implementing controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks. This individual will also assess and communicate information regarding business risks with functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of accurate reporting and define the structure of reporting, while anticipating the impact of business changes on the required reporting.
- Manage large and complex inter-divisional projects, such as the update of the company strategy, the definition of company-wide key performance indicators, the preparation of alliances and partnerships agreements, and the definition of pricing for services.
- Structure the preparation of business cases for new products, define approaches, and prepare complex business cases.
- May initiate, define, organize, and manage the consolidation of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and quarterly financial reviews for the entire company. Prepare and conduct presentations for the executive steering group.
- Define the medium and long-term view on processes and methods and secure resources to implement improvements, within the department and across the company.
- In line with the company strategy/operating plan, plan, coordinate, and organize the activities of a department. Set objectives and develop tactical action plans. Manage a team of analysts to ensure delivery against short and mid-term objectives.
- Develop specific skills and understanding related to own area of expertise. Bring new external ideas into the department/division to improve processes.
- Apply in-depth expert knowledge in sub-functional area/overall project to satisfy customers and provide expert advice and guidance to less experienced analysts.
