About the Role

Skyrocket your career with Swift, a global leader in secure financial messaging services. As a Technology Platform Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee a comprehensive portfolio of strategic initiatives and technology efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including project planning, execution, status reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee the purpose, status, and plans for all projects, as well as cross-project dependencies.
  • Work with initiative leads to plan and execute portfolio initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with Finance to define business value, ROI, and oversee financial planning and execution of projects.
  • Develop evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
  • Apply agile practices and principles to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to senior management with detailed dashboards, reports, or presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or strategic planning within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional technology projects and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience applying agile practices and principles.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning, ROI analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior management.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is highly desirable.
