We provide our community with a comprehensive transaction management platform that connects more than 11,000 banking and securities organizations, market infrastructures, and corporate customers in over 200 countries and territories.

As we continue to innovate and expand our capabilities, we are seeking a Technology Portfolio Strategy Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives and related technology efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing interdependencies to maximize business outcomes.
  • Oversee the purpose, status, and plans for all projects, as well as cross-project dependencies and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Work with initiative leads to plan and execute portfolio initiatives from inception to completion, including clear deadlines, milestones, processes, and defined success metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance to define business value, ROI, and oversee financial planning and execution of projects to ensure proper budget management.
  • Develop strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
  • Apply agile practices and principles to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or strategic planning within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional technology projects and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience applying agile practices and principles.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
