Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy
* Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare and deliver investor presentations, earnings releases, and other key communications
* Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information about the company's performance and prospects
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial information
* Develop and maintain a robust investor relations calendar, including conference attendance, non-deal roadshows, and other events
* Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on investor relations matters, including crisis communications and reputation management
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or communications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field
