We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at APM Terminals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial decision-making and supporting the growth of our global terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Business Implementation and other business leaders, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Manage and streamline financial processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and drive strategic growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or consultancy roles.
  • Experience in large-scale and/or integrated projects, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to strategy definition and translate high-level strategy into practical implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to explore and materialize business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the business.
  • Change management skills, with a strong understanding of the principles and actions underpinning successful implementation of change.
