We are seeking a talented Global Finance Business Partner to join our team in this exciting new role. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and driving strategic investment decisions.

About the Role

As a Global Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, driving strategic investment decisions, and ensuring the effective management of our assets. You will work closely with our finance team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, driving strategic investment decisions and ensuring effective management of assets.
  • Collaborate with finance team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive the development of financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and strategic investment. You will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale and/or integrated projects.
  • 7+ years' experience in developing business cases and financial models.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or consultancy roles.
  • Experience in an asset-heavy industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience in establishing finance functions would be an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset, able to contribute to strategy definition and translate high-level strategy into practical implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to explore and materialize business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management skills, able to engage all levels of the business.
  • Change management skills, understanding the principles and actions underpinning successful implementation of change.
  • Analytical skills, able to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
  • Management skills, able to manage a team over different locations, keeping them aligned and engaged.
