Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at APM Terminals. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our global terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our terminal operations teams, providing financial guidance and support to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business performance management and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including terminal operations teams, finance teams, and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or consultancy roles.
  • Experience in an asset-heavy industry, such as ports and terminals, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to strategy definition and implementation.
