About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Katapult. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 200 clients, focusing on building and strengthening relationships to drive growth across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, preferably in financial markets, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth. You will be proactive, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients by phone or email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to engage clients, resolve issues, and provide insights.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, building authority and trust through skilled conversation and in-depth financial knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in financial markets.
  • Proactive and Confident: Exceptional communication skills, ability to exude authority, and comfort engaging with clients.
  • Strategic and Organized: Capable of managing accounts with minimal guidance, executing targeted campaigns, and tracking client engagement effectively.
  • Linguistic proficiency: Fluent in Dutch.
