We are a pioneering company in ePaper technology, seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. With a strong background in sales and leadership, you will drive business growth and revenue for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare forecasts, territory management plans, and growth strategies.
  • Establish and report on key performance metrics to measure team performance.
  • Align regional sales plans with corporate revenue goals.
  • Educate the team on industry factors, including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.
  • Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or related field required with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Travel required to meet with clients or potential clients.
  • Multiple language skills a plus.
