Job Title: B2B Digital Sales Director

EDCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Digital Sales Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our B2B digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B digital sales strategy in line with EDCO's broader eCommerce objectives.
  • Lead the enhancement and optimization of EDCO's B2B platform, focusing on improving customer engagement, order management, and self-service functionalities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and prioritize projects that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Clearly communicate platform performance, plans, and key results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and external business partners.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to improve efficiency, satisfaction scores, and reduce contacts per order by providing seamless self-service solutions on the platform.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of new B2B products, features, and improvements, driving both qualitative and quantitative success metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital sales or eCommerce, with a track record of leading successful platform innovations and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical understanding of eCommerce platforms, supply chain, and order management systems.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights, inform strategy, and measure success.
  • Focused on improving customer satisfaction through seamless digital experiences and operational efficiency.
