As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
">Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues in a timely and professional manner.">
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.">
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.">
- Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.">
- Manage IT assets, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and updated to meet the evolving needs of our clients.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience with onsite support and ticketing systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical support principles.">
- Fluency in Dutch and English, enabling effective communication with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.">
- Familiarity with Mac OS and various software applications, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn.">
- Experience with Managed Print Service (MPS), mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android) using MS Intune, and MS Office 365, highlighting your proficiency in modern technology platforms.">
