We are seeking an exceptional Multilingual Education Assistant to support our Elementary School students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Located in Wassenaar, on the north side of The Hague, this is a unique chance to join our world-class learning community.

About You

You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree, preferably in Elementary Education. As a certificated Teaching Assistant, you have experience working with young children, ideally in an American, Canadian, or international school setting. Your fluency in both Dutch and English will enable you to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support strong language acquisition in Dutch and English through academic and social skills instruction.
  • Aid the classroom teacher in implementing the educational program, including work with students individually, in small groups, or as an entire class.
  • Monitor student progress, help assess students under the guidance of the teacher, and support the teacher's classroom management plan.
  • Prepare lessons, ensure the classroom is ready for student learning, and perform various tasks related to instructional assignments.
  • Assume teaching responsibilities when substituting for the classroom teacher and accompany classes on field trips.

Our Offer
