Risk Management Professional for Complex Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Advisor to join our team at Ultimum. As a Risk Management Professional, you will be responsible for setting up and executing risk management for portfolios, programs, and projects within various value chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor progress.
- Establish and maintain risk dossiers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on risk management best practices and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental risk meetings and workshops to ensure effective risk management throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a risk management advisor in complex construction and/or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining risk dossiers, following industry-standard risk management processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and think creatively.
Education and Skills:
- A completed HBO degree in infrastructure-related or financial, economic, or business administration fields.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Analytical and communicative mindset, with the ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas and plans.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
