About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Development Engineer to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Machine Conditioning cluster, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential quality issues in supplier-manufactured parts
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure supplier compliance with ASML's quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive early supplier involvement and ensure manufacturability of designs
- Support suppliers in resolving complex qualification and manufacturing issues
- Manage and challenge manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and foolproof quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanics, mechatronics, applied physics, or industrial engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in supplier quality engineering
- Experience in high-tech, low-volume industries and/or proto manufacturing
- Lean 6S experience and Six Sigma Green- or Black Belt certification desired
