We're a dynamic and innovative hospitality company that's breaking the rules in the industry. Our Amsterdam City location is a hub for creativity, inspiration, and community. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Community Host Intern.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Host Intern. As a Community Host, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visitor feels welcome and at home. You'll be responsible for managing our front of house areas, providing top-notch service, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to every guest
  • Assist guests with self-check-in and answer any questions they may have
  • Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes and drinks
  • Act as a secret concierge, providing insider knowledge on the best places to visit, eat, and shop
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities
  • Assist guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an EU School or University
  • Studying a relevant bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Hard working, responsible, and a 'let's do this' mentality
