About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic House Host to join our team at edyn. As a House Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a sense of community and belonging among our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the house, including maintenance, cleaning, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including activities, events, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with the edyn team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on guest feedback and suggestions, using this information to inform improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a residential or hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in technology, including software and hardware systems.
