About the Role

Jan Luyken, a townhouse in the heart of Amsterdam, is seeking a passionate House Host Trainee to join their team. As a House Host, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing them with information and assistance to ensure a comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the townhouse.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with fellow hosts to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend to guests' needs, providing help and support whenever required.
  • Maintain the approved appearance and standards of the townhouse.
  • Bring the unique hospitality and culture of Jan Luyken to life, ensuring every interaction reflects the experience of staying at a close friend's home.

Requirements

  • You are a friendly and hospitable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • You can work well under pressure and are detail-oriented.
  • You are flexible and able to work independently.
  • You are following a relevant MBO or HBO training level.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
