About the Job

At Zien Group, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a House Host Trainee. As a House Host Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our hospitality and guest experience at Jan Luyken, a townhouse in the heart of Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rest of the team in ensuring our townhouse runs smoothly from an operational perspective.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, offering information and assistance for a comfortable stay.
  • Support and collaborate closely with fellow hosts to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend to guests' needs and provide help and support whenever required.
  • Maintain the approved appearance and standards of our townhouse.
  • Bring the unique hospitality and culture of our brand to life, ensuring that every interaction reflects the experience of staying at a close friend's home.

Requirements

  • You are easy to get along with and have a friendly, hospitable attitude.
  • You can deal with stress and always work detailed.
  • You are flexible.
  • You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
  • You are following a relevant MBO (Vocational study) training level 1-4 or HBO (Bachelor).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Alternating shifts are great for you.
  • You are available to do internship for 5-6 months.
