Administrative Clerk I/II

Administrative Clerk I/II in the Department of Anaesthesiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Candidates should hold a higher diploma or above, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant professional experience OR possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years' relevant professional experience. They should demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Candidates with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for the position of Clerk II.
The successful candidate will support daily office functions, address inquiries, and undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a written assessment and an interview.
A competitive salary aligned with qualifications and experience will be provided, along with annual leave and medical benefits. Appointment on a two-year fixed term will include a contract-end gratuity and University contributions to a retirement benefits scheme, amounting to a total of up to 10% of basic salary.
