If you possess a degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Business Economics, or Business Administration, we invite you to explore an exciting opportunity as a full-time Financial Operations Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Compile, verify, and interpret weekly financial data
  • Project (monthly) financial outcomes
  • Oversee, evaluate, and sustain operational metrics for weekly reporting and billing
  • Convert management and business information needs into structured reporting
  • Generate various analytical documents
  • Conduct the complete month-end closing process (journal entries & analyses) for multiple profit and loss statements
  • Prepare groundwork for the budgeting cycle
  • Issue sales invoices for services rendered

Qualifications for Success at GXO

  • Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Business Economics, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities and capacity to connect insights across departments
  • Proficient in English

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a logistics or industrial setting is advantageous, though not required
