As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate organization, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain that delivers asset management and maintenance outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize the supply chain and build partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent and aligned services.
- Act as demand manager for your parcels and collaborate with the procurement and sourcing team to ensure necessary capacity and capabilities in the supplier base.
- Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvements, and define budgets and forecasts.
- Develop strategies and determine contract models and service agreements that support business developments.
- Investigate market opportunities, execute tenders, and establish strong contractual relationships with suppliers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sourcing, contract and supplier management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, peers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
