Your RoleYou will be the driving force behind our most impactful projects, ranging from new business initiatives to continuous improvement. You will design and implement project plans that lead to success, with clear timelines, tight budgets, and thoughtful risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with teams across our diverse operating companies.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality excellence.
- Closely monitor project progress and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
To excel in this position, you should have at least several years of experience in technical project or program management in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to semicon, smart mobility, or connectivity.
- A bachelor's degree (HBO) in a technical or business administration field.
- Demonstrable affinity with technology and experience in the EMS industry.
- Strong 'can do' mindset and customer focus.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to support technical decisions with customers within a project team.
