As a Field Service Update Manager at Philips, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and effective implementation of field service updates across our indirect channel partners. This includes ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, as well as providing support to partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure regulatory compliance with field service updates
- Address and prevent overdue field service updates
- Manage and track the status of field service updates, ensuring timely completion and providing necessary follow-up documentation
- Drive operational performance related to field service updates with our partners
- Lead weekly reviews with different regions to assess progress, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies
- Handle escalations regarding non-performance and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Ensure cost recovery for parts related to field service updates
- Inform partners about new updates and collect evidence of implementation
- Translate regulatory and process requirements into terms and conditions for partner contracts
- Support the improvement of the field service update process through IT tools and continuous quality and efficiency initiatives
You will be part of the Direct Export Service Operations team, which supports the operational needs of different go-to-market business models, including indirect channels across regions such as META, CEE, IIG ISC, RCA, Nordics, and Latam.
Requirements:- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements
- Vocational level education or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Services or Customer relations
- Experience in Install base management and/or FCO management
- Experience with Partner channels
- Ability to maintain a helicopter view and prioritize
- Ability to build fast relationships
- Proactively and independently make decisions
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Stress-resistant
- Customer-oriented
- Ability to manage stakeholders and bring them together for quick resolution
- Understanding of the different go-to-market business models in the market environment
