Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a customer-focused SaaS company, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. The ideal candidate will share this commitment and have a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues through problem-solving and troubleshooting, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction, taking ownership of the full customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable affinity with technical support for systems, apps, and digitalization.
- Proven experience in a customer support environment (B2B/B2C) or any other client-facing role.
- Super customer-friendly and able to enthuse customers and ensure loyalty and retention.
- Communicative and positive mindset to stimulate customer satisfaction.
- Native Dutch and proficient English.
