Job Summary

As a Project Manager at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing detailed project plans, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will also oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the data center or technology infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
