Food and Beverage Operational Intern

Park Plaza Vondelpark is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as an Operational Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and tailored welcome to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
  • Develop expertise in the F&B department, including menu knowledge, allergens, and upselling skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improvement
