Team Lead Value Proposition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Value Proposition Team, responsible for managing the daily operations of the team and ensuring the successful implementation of changes in the Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, and other financial risk processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7-10 FTE direct reports and provide guidance on the implementation of changes in financial risk processes.
- Assess the impact of changes on the bank's regulatory compliance, profitability, and capital position.
- Prepare implementation solutions and work closely with the execution team to ensure successful delivery.
- Make strategic decisions and provide advice to senior management on financial risk matters.
- Contribute to the development of the future Finance and Risk landscape and improve the speed of response to requests from business stakeholders and regulators.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in a banking environment, with a strong understanding of credit risk and regulations.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing experts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, Basel regulations, prudential reporting, and RWA calculation.
