About the Role
As a Team Lead Value Proposition Specialist at ABN AMRO Bank, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts who support change implementation for Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, model implementation, FR&R, and CRM processes. You will work closely with the Value Delivery Teams to design solutions for complex changes that cut across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of experts who support change implementation for Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, model implementation, FR&R, and CRM processes.
- Work closely with the Value Delivery Teams to design solutions for complex changes that cut across the value chain.
- Provide guidance to questions from implementing grids and programmes.
- Make decisions based on strategic banking interests without losing sight of the daily delivery.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration, Exact sciences or comparable level. You should have good knowledge of credit risk and regulations, modelling, banking products, financial institutions, and risk management. Additionally, you should have 8-12 years of working experience in a banking environment and proven experience in Financial Risk processes and in leading support of the Financial Risk Processes and chains.
