We are a 4-star hotel located in the heart of The Hague, offering a unique blend of luxury and hospitality. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our Front Office team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and performing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for running the Night Audit independently and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Check in and out guests, handle guest complaints, and perform administrative tasks
  • Run the Night Audit independently and other administrative tasks
  • Be the point of contact for all questions in the hotel, from a to z
  • Be responsible for running the Night Manual up to date
  • Play a central role within emergency situations
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language, and preferably the Dutch language as well
  • Knowledge of the Opera IT system
What We Offer
  • A monthly gross salary of between €2.298 and €2.858 (based on fulltime) in accordance with scale 5 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry
  • A parttime contract of 15.2 hours per week
  • 10 leave days and time off for any overtime

  • Travel allowance up to €200 per month, on the basis of the actual number of kilometres and contract hours
  • Night-shift allowance of 20%
