Job Description

As a Senior Partner Success Specialist at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in driving the consumption and adoption of our software with our Service Provider Partners' end-customer accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with our partners to ensure the health of their end customers remains excellent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Service Provider Partners to identify gaps in their delivery capabilities and prioritize remediation efforts within their accounts.
  • Provide advice and guidance to our partners to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to successfully deploy and manage our implementations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure our partners have access to the assets and training they require to go-to-market and implement our products and solutions.
  • Support our partners in case of account escalations and work with our Account Escalation Teams to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Professional Services roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in building or being part of a cross-functional team around service delivery practices.
  • Ability to influence upsell and cross-sell opportunities with our Service Provider Partners.
  • Software industry domain expertise, preferably in SaaS, and the ability to understand technology problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with our partners.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide recommendations that drive business outcomes.
