Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our Dutch Sales Team as a Sales Student Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying their level of interest, and providing excellent customer service to help them achieve their language learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential customers via phone or chat to assess their interest in EF's language programs
  • Continuously managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure efficient work processes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless customer support and respond to client queries
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations and consistently delivering high-quality service
  • Operating in a fast-paced international environment and being adaptable to changing priorities
Requirements:
  • You must currently reside in the Netherlands
  • You should be fluent in Dutch and have a conversational level in English
  • Your weekly availability should be at least 30-40 hours
  • You are passionate about sales, customer service, and marketing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoy meeting new people
  • You are a quick learner, flexible, and energetic, thriving in busy and varied work environments
