About Us

Katapult is a fast-growing scale-up dedicated to reducing single-use plastic and cardboard waste across Europe. With our innovative technology and proven success, we're expanding our impact in the Dutch market.

The Opportunity

As our first Account Executive in the Netherlands, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and building our market presence. You will:

  • Design and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to meet ambitious sustainability goals.
  • Engage C-level leaders at enterprise companies to align our solutions with their environmental targets.
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and expanding business in key accounts.
  • Act as a mentor to a junior AE, helping to build a high-performing team.

Your Profile

We're looking for a motivated sales professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, with a hunter mentality and a track record of winning business.
  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English to engage with clients and collaborate internally.
  • A true passion for sustainability, innovative tech, and reducing environmental impact.
