IT Contract Coordinator

Canon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Contracts (SOW) Coordinator to support our Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs).
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation of SoWs by actively writing and adjusting content based on intake sessions with stakeholders.
- Correct and optimize draft SoWs provided by vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensure SoWs reviewed by Contract Management and Procurement teams are of increasing quality, incorporating earlier feedback.
- Lighten the workload for ACOs in the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption teams by creating SoWs.
- Ensure a smooth, effective, and quick approval process.
- Support ACOs in aligning larger SoWs with the wider Canon IT ecosystem.
- Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Related business experience and knowledge.
- Understanding of IT projects and deliveries, with ability to relate to SOW content.
- Experience with writing SoWs is a must-have skill.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Prince2 / Agile qualification is a nice-to-have.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and within pre-determined guidelines.
- Ability to quickly understand the legal framework and create sharp legal wording.
