We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our HR/Workday core team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday specifications.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement Workday configurations and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
- Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
