About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Workday Business Analyst to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. As a key member of our HR/Workday core team, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and our technical team.
About your tasks:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
About you:
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
- Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
