We are seeking a highly skilled Account and Relationship Management Executive to join our team at Ovid Technologies B.V. in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Benelux region, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the academic, clinical, and corporate sectors, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the publishing and information industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
