CitizenM is seeking a skilled Hotel Technical Assistant to join our team. As a proactive and enthusiastic individual, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest rooms are working properly and report any damages
  • Communicate with the hotel team, senior engineer, and contractors to coordinate maintenance tasks
  • Manage and coordinate 3rd party subcontractors for preventative maintenance
  • Be the first point of contact for any issues with building installations
  • Responsible for hotel safety, including executing water and fire risk assessments
  • Update the hotel team and supporting software on the status of maintenance tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good level of communication and writing skills in English
