Job Title: Project Coordinator, Cell and Gene Therapies

Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that facilitates the movement of life-saving therapies and shipments. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Managers and global branches to ensure seamless logistics and tracking of cell and gene shipments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support daily project operations, liaising with the Control Tower and Logistics Coordinators as needed.
  • Assist the Project Manager with set up activities, lane mapping, and shipment arrangements.
  • Book shipments in the Marken Maestro system and review lane mapping files with operations teams.
  • Provide daily tracking reports to clients and report any issues to the Project Manager.
  • Assist with billing and logistics enquiries, and attend internal and client-facing calls/meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for the client logistics team, responding to day-to-day queries.
  • Update activities and milestones in project plans and document compliance.
  • Work with the regulatory team to ensure trade compliance.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or 4-year degree, or relevant work experience as a substitute for education.
  • 3 years of experience in the Pharma, Medicine, or Logistics industries, with experience in the courier and/or air freight industry desired.
  • Strong knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office Programs, with excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to enquiries and day-to-day issues.
  • Organized and skilled in tracking, with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
