Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our BENELUX Customer Marketing team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial plan that drives net sales and market share growth in the BENELUX region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Analyze market data and identify shopper insights to inform our commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the BENELUX region.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Lead in building an accurate forecast and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in trade/customer marketing, category management, or sales.
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English, and French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
