About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team at ChannelEngine. This team drives revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimizing the key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Learning Team to design, deliver, and manage training programs that equip employees and new joiners with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to excel in their positions.
  • Create and curate content such as training materials, playbooks, best practices, and sales and CSM collateral to guide colleagues in their day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and craft effective solutions.
  • Take charge of partner engagement through our Learning Management System, creating and maintaining materials that cater specifically to our valued partners.
  • Support the Sales Team in managing sales policy documentation, ensuring compliance, and driving its adoption across the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in a sales enablement role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing engaging training materials and programs.
  • Familiarity with partner engagement strategies and practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Currently living in (or close to) Leiden, or Berlin.
Nice to Have
  • E-commerce / marketplace experience.
  • Experience using Hubspot.
