Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced European Corporate Sales Development Manager to join our Food & Beverage business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our customer base in the Beverage & Brewery sector.

Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative solutions, products, and programs across multiple locations. You will lead and manage business reviews at customer and corporate levels, proactively plan and negotiate contract renewals, and help us deliver on our pricing strategies.

You will partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented, drive new business development, win new customers, negotiate, and close deals within the industry. Additionally, you will produce and present customer proposals, including organizing trials that demonstrate our ability to deliver on our promises.

Leveraging innovation and business development within market segments will also be an essential part of your role. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in food science/technology, (chemical) engineering, chemistry, business, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in Business Development and Corporate Account Management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse, matrix company
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations
  • Driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Europe
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; any other European language is a plus
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in Ecolab's headquarters in Europe, with flexibility to work remotely from home. Travel to customer sites and internal meetings will be required, and occasional relocation may be necessary.
