We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to join our team at the LKS Faculty of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Faculty's HR team and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of administrative tasks related to HR management.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the Faculty's HR team
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Coordinating events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending reminders
- Developing and maintaining HR-related policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to faculty members and staff
- Recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Appropriate level of IT skills
- Good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
- Highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
