The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under the University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed). We are seeking a high-calibre candidate to join our Administration and Corporate Communications Unit.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate human resources affairs, including recruitment, appointments, and onboarding arrangements;
- Assist in formulating and implementing corporate communications and branding strategies;
- Prepare materials for marketing and public disclosure, including annual reports, staff newsletters, and articles for social media and website;
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating internal and external events;
- Provide secretarial support to senior management and assist with internal/external meetings;
- Supervise junior staff to handle general office administration and facility management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate administration and corporate communications, preferably in the medical and/or research sectors;
- Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Detail-minded, able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, and self-motivated;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is a must;
- Proficiency in multimedia, graphic design, and video-editing tools is an added advantage.
The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, with a highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, contract-end gratuity, and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
