Job Title: Executive Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to join our team at the School of Chinese Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily programme operation and student affairs, and assisting in policy formulation and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily programme operation and student affairs
  • Assist in policy formulation and curriculum development
  • Deliver quality outputs in a wide spectrum of administrative work
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Good university degree with at least 5 years' work experience in the higher education or public/quasi-public sectors
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal, supervisory, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
