Job Title: Executive Officer, Executive Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to join our team at the Faculty of Business and Economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Faculty's development in the Executive Education portfolio, including programme development, marketing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Executive Education programmes
  • Collaborate with faculty members and industry partners to design and deliver high-quality programmes
  • Manage and execute programme logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to programme participants and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Faculty's administrative team to ensure smooth programme delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or client servicing with event management experience in a commercial and business setting
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
